Beginner-Friendly Workout
Watch this first to figure out your kettlebell starting weight:
Choose one workout and repeat it two to three times per week for approximately six to eight weeks. Focus on clean technique, controlled repetitions and gradual progress rather than rushing to use a heavier kettlebell.
When the workout feels comfortable and your form remains consistent, you can increase the repetitions, add another round or progress to a slightly heavier kettlebell.
